This class is meant to introduce teen sleep. Teens don’t have the same sleep biology as children or adults. Because it is still developing, it can be stressful for the whole family to understand the concern. My goal with this class is to give you a basic understanding of how to help you make positive, healthy choices regarding your teen’s sleep hygiene.
